The naked mod is actually very popular. You can find it in teesnexus.com which has many all mods for Oblivion. You go to the files tab and choose the download. If its a 7zip file, you must have 7 zip http://www.7-zip.org/ and choose the first option (.exe)
If its a winrar file, download winrar which can be more effective since it can unzip most file types.
When finished saving the downloaded file, read the readme file to check what the file includes. Then extract the file with winrar or 7zip and copy to oblivion program files. then go to options in Data files and choose the file amd select it.
