First you must go into the burnt tower which is in erecutek city and when in there you must use rock smash to get to a hole that leads you to the dogs now you must approach the dogs and they will go away. But if you stay on one route like the one above goldenrod you will find entei, raikou and suicune make sure you use fast balls on it or weaken it and when you find it again use ultra balls.
