Close to the end of the level you normally enter a green pipe after which you'll swim up to a trampoline and jump to the end flag.
Well instead of entering that green pipe, you have to enter the yellow pipe that's above. To do that, you have to bounce on the koopa after having jumped from the last trampoline before that (this way, your bouce will also be high and spinning.) The Star Coin is inside the yellow pipe.
