go to the lavendar town radio tower and talk to a old man on the first floor, he should give you a radio card. then g to the snorlax and open your pokegear radio and move the radio to the top star, that should be playing the Pokemon Flute. then go and talk to snorlax while hes sleeping and hell wake up to battle you
solve power plant problem then get new card from lavender tower go on poke gear click settings
and choose the red pic click radio find poke flute
This is a three step situation. First, get through the problem at the Power Plant. The Power Plant is east (right) of the city where Misty resides. Second, get a radio from the radio tower. That is why you have to solve the problem at the Power Plant. Lastly, go to Snorlax and turn on the Poke' Flute. The Poke' Flute is at the exact top of the radio. If I have my directions wrong, you will figure it out real soon from the other route with the bumps. Hope this helped:)
