Yes, there is a mod much like that where all the normal "testificate" NPC villagers are made to look like actual humans who you can speak to. You can also get married to female NPCs and have children. The mod is called the Minecraft Comes Alive mod. Searching it should quickly get you to its forum post.

Well, you need the game 'minecraft' which does cost money. Pixelmon is just a mod for the game 'Minecraft'.
Minecraft Comes Alive is a popular mod for the PC version of Minecraft, and unfortunately, it is not available for Xbox One as mods are not supported in the same way on console editions. Instead, players can explore similar features through Minecraft's built-in mechanics, such as villagers and trading. For a more immersive experience, consider using the Bedrock Edition's community features or looking for similar content available in the Marketplace.

Yes, they will. You just have to wait until the official mod creator comes out with an update.
My minecraft was working perfectly in 1.2.4 and I tried to install toomanyitems mod. this caused the problem. despite deleting EVERYTHING from the mod and minecraft from my computer the problem persisted, even after reinstalling repeatedly. Do I have a virus?
