You go through the ice cave & help kimono girl that is stuck on the ice and then keep going on your trip through the cave then you will be @ Blackthron city and then you can challenge Claire. She is a dragon type. I used a fighting type 2 win. Lucario woks the best i found out, but you don't get him in Soul Silver or Heart Gold. You get him from Pearl, Diamond & Platinum as far that I know. If you don't feel like shopping then you can wirelessly trade four a lucario but you have to have seen it before you try to get one.
