First, you will have to go to the Team Galactic HQ (located in Veilstone City). There you will find a Grunt standing outside the Building. Talk to him, and he will run and leave behind him a storage key. Get the key and go to the storage house. Open the doors, and you will see some stairs on the top right. You will then have to go through a maze of warp panels, and some battles. While you're there, you will find a Galactic key. After you have been through the warp panels and exited, go to the main building of the Galactic base. Enter through the middle door and use the galactic key to open the doors. You will have to go through more mazes and battles, until you reach the room where the boss, Cyrus is. He will battle you, and after you win, go into the next room and use the only warp panel there. You will be taken into a lab, and you should walk through it until the end, where there will be a door. Enter it to go into the next room. Here you will find three objects which have the three legendary pokémon sealed inside. There should be another big machine in the middle. There will be the Galactic Saturn (I think) standing in front of him. He will battle you, and after you win, press the button in the middle to free the pokémon. Now when you go the Mt. Coronet, the paintings will be gone and you can walk through into the mountain.
