How do you get munchlax on Pokemon?

From what I know, there is no proper way to obtain Munchlax on Diamond or Pearl legitimately, but if you are using a Poke-walker with Soul Silver or Heart Gold, you have to download the Winner's Path Nintendo Event, you can obtain a Munchlax that knows Selfdestruct.

First, this green thing is pretty; get annoying.

Second, Munchlax can be obtained in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum by smearing Honey on yellow trees throughout the Sinnoh. (Buy the Honey from the man in the Floraroma Meadows. I caught my Munchlax from the yellow tree in Eterna at level 8 during the early afternoon.)

Yet in SoulSilver and HeartGold, you can capture the sleeping Snorlax outside of Diglett's Cave and breed it with a ditto to make a Munchlax.
