Obtaining more Evee is very simple if you follow these steps: 1) Reach Four Island which you must hand the Ruby to Celio in the One Island Pokemon Cener and the item is in Mt Ember in the secret cave the Rocket Grunts dig through once you receive the National Dex upgrade from Professor Oak after being entered in the Hall of Fame. 2) Evolve your Evee by using a Fire stone, Thunder stone, or Water stone which can be purchased at the Celadon City Dept Store on the 4th Floor. 3) Put in a Ditto and the evolved Evee (Vaporeon, Flareon, Jolteon) into the Four Island Daycare Center. 4) Take a walk through Kanto for awhile. 5) Return to Four Island and speak to the Old Man outside the Daycare Center he should give you an Egg if he does not you must walk more. 6) Walk around Kanto until the Egg hatches (you can use your Bike to make it easier). Once the Egg hatches it should be an Evee which now you can evolve to the other forms that you do not have.
