There are 3 ways to get legendary Pokemon at pokefarm.org
1. find an egg in the shelter (extremly hard)
2. find a summon item by sending Pokemon on scour missions (need to be senior rank to use summon items, but you can find someone that will summon and hatch it for you)
3. get one in a trade (easy and hard...at the same time)

4. You can find legendary eggs in the Lab , I caught one myself too but it is really hard and well , premium users gets higher chances of obtaining legendary eggs as they have more eggs in the Lab to choose
