After you have both pokemon hm dive and hm surf and tm dig go to pacifilodg town and surf left to the lowest of the screen possible . When you get to a dark spot use dive then dive to the only place possible when you get to a Braille spot underwater use dive again to go up. You will be in a cave. Go to the back side of the wall and use dig. Go through the hole and all the way to the back side of it and press a where Braille is( note before you press a put your relicanth first in your team and warlord last.) you should see the screen shake. You have opened the door to the cave
