i have the solution to this problem. actually u cannot do anything abt that guard blocking the misty gym. he wont buzz off no matter what u do. u need the walk through wall code from fire red. then u can enter it.
let me give u 1 more suggestion if u don't wanna crash ur game or cause some glitch in the ROM, then first play fire red. put infinite pokeball cheat. then with help of ds emu trade Pokemon holding master ball may be atleast 2-3 Pokemon. then trade the Pokemon holding master ball with any other Pokemon(donot use good pokemons) . why m i telling u this?????? well if u go right frm gym by using walkthrough wall then go down a bit u should see mew. a tree blocking the way?? use the walkthrough wall code dumbooo!!!! so use the master ball it will be at level 32..if u want mewto as well...u kno where it is right?? so have fun!!
