How do you get hetran in platinum?

Here is what you need to do:

1. Beat the Pokemon league

2. Get the National Pokedex

3. Go to the survival and go up to stark mountain

4. Buck will tell you to check out the mountain

5. Get through the mountain after battling Team

6. Looker will arrest Team Galactic

7. Go back down into the Survival Area and talk to Buck

8. Go back up the mountain and to the back room

9. Heatran will be there.
