go to snow point city and ull find a boat that will take u to flight area
keep on going up to stark mountain(look in ur town map)
and ull find a dude with red hair inside stark mountain and hell team up with u
keep going though inside and ull find an entrance and hell take a egg and hell be inside his house
talk to the dude with red hair and hell say hell put the egg bak
go back to stark mountain and go to the place he took the egg and ull find heatran at LV70
uze a msterball if u have one cauze hes too powerfull for an ugly lizard as he
