Focus Punch:

Some Pokemon, repeat SOME Pokemon can learn the move. However, since most Pokemon cannot, you may need a TM to teach it. To get this TM you must first get to Ecruteak city. Then go to the big building on the right, near the entrance. Defeat the team rocket grunt and then speak to the man with a psyduck. He will give you the HM Surf. Go to Ollivine city and have a Pokemon use surf on the sea. Eventually, you should come out at Cianwood city. Defeat the fighting type gym leader, Chuck, and he will give you the TM Focus Punch.

WARNING: He has a Poliwrath and a Primape. They both know Focus Punch and double team. Focus Punch is a 2-turn attack, and if your Pokemon do damage with an attack after the Pokemon tightens it,s focus, it will not hit. I advise using a Pokemon that knows swift, magical leaf, shadow punch, aura sphere etc because double team makes a Pokemon's evasiveness rise, making your attack more likely to miss. The list of moves I just put up are good, because they are certain to hit.
