YES! First of all this you can do this but only on Pokemon gold or silver. To duplicate an item you just have to give the item to a Pokemon *SAVE or else this wont work* then deposit that Pokemon in an empty PC box. Now just start changing to another box but when it says *saving do not turn off the power* turn off the power and turn it back on. You should have the Pokemon in your party and in the box and both should have the item. You can also do this with more than one Pokemon at a time. Just deposit more in that same box. Great for rare candies and Masterballs.

Then turn the power back on. Then there will be a item in your bag or Pokemon in your party and a item or Pokemon in the PC!! Ideal for master balls for legendaries and Pokemon you like for you to trade for more Pokemon.
