You have to trade a Kadabra through a trade link. Then it auto evolves into Alakazam.
However if you are playing Pkmn on the VBA (Visual Boy Advance) this is the GameShark code: 014104D2. And it will appear in the wild.
Other than that you cannot capture Alakazam in the wild unfortunately :(
