ok go to golden rod city and then go to the underground go to were it takes u to make a picture by dressing up your Pokemon you should see to people talk to the other person who will give u a sute to wear for the pic...... or was u ather the way u get it and can run about in it? well in case so here it is you basicly go there but when the radio towere is under attack and a grunt is there talk to him he gives u the suite and vollia u can run around wearing it
