both green and yellow rubber ducks were released in the swimming party of 2008, personally I don't think they'll bring them back. I hope this will answer your question
Edit[by FIRERED10]: The GREEN and YELLOW rubber ducks were in the old water party, yes. But in 2010, they put out a BLUE rubber ducky that was hidden in the catalog. They might be making new ones :P Don't know for sure, but hope for it :3
