Botting is using a robotic program to play the game for you. They can be very helpful. You can go to RSBuddy or Epicbot or NexusBot or RSBot or Powerbot. Some are better than others. You can download from any site. I reccomend RSBuddy.

Yes, in a way. Jagex will never be able to stop all bots. RSBuddy's and Powerbot's coders will find a way out of it soon. They already announced the release coming soon. I suggest you don't bot until a few months after the release because there might still be some bugs.
