Ok this take a really long time, I mean you have to be playing for four hours or more straight to get one (unless you are very lucky). It's very easy though. All you have to do is save the game were you first battle diagla, then you walk up to him and press a to battle him. If it is not shiny, hold R, L, Start, and Select and that restarts the game. then it starts from were you last saved, and keep repaeting that method until it is shiny. You have a 1 in 8000 chance of it being shiny so that's why it takes so long.
