There is no "free" World of Warcraft account. You can sign up for the 10 day free trial, but that's only for 10 days and you have a limit to what you can do on the free trial, which means if you want to send a private message to someone you can't unless they send one to you first, you can't invite people to parties, you only get to level to about 11 or so until they stop you, etc. You have to pay 15.00$ a month if you want to play the game, or 30$ for 60 days, which you can either buy at wal-mart or you can use a credit card to bill you monthly.

There are no free world of warcraft accounts on official servers. If you are using a private server ask the freakin server owner, not here. how are we supposed to even know what server you are using?
Try cleaning the CD. if that doesn't work World of Warcraft gives you a chance to download the full client for free (requires a World of Warcraft Account). Also, check if you have enough space on your hard drive.
