As far as I know, no. Chances are you still have the original file on your computer- try to put it on the PSP again, and make sure the PSP can support the file type. Remember to eject the USB device with the computer first before you unplug it: if you just unplug, it may damage the files.
delete the data and puted in your psp
You need custom firmware or a Pandora battery and a magic memory stick.
Then you have to run custom firmware. There's a app for the PSP that's called: Explora Run that on your PSP, and you can delete, copy, open files in all folders on your PSP. Hope this helps
first you must already have CW Cheats, and using that app you can cheating in psp
The opposite would be uncorrupted, unpolluted, unblemished, clean, or sinless.

That sounds like the symptom of a bricked PSP where the firmware that boots the PSP has been corrupted. There is not a lot an end user can do when this happens. They either have to order and install a new motherboard, or send it to Sony for repairs.
Firmware updates always run the risk of damaging a PSP, if something happens during the installation, then the firmware currently on the PSP will be corrupted, it will be unable to start, and is then considered 'bricked'.
