Getting a CrobatYour Golbat has to be really friendly toward you. When it levels up, it will evolve.

Here are the steps on getting Crobat on your FireRed/LeafGreen team. Remember in order to obtain a Crobat, you must max out a Golbat's friendship:

First, you must have beaten the game. Since Crobat does not show up on the Kanto Pokedex, you have to beat the Elite 4 and obtain the national pokedex from Prof. Oak. (Same goes for pokemon like Scizor, Kingdra, and Steelix)

Second, get a Golbat. I HIGHLY recommend that you evolve it from a Zubat, this way you can train it and get it to like you a lot quicker than obtaining a Golbat first. Fyi, Zubat evolves into Golbat at lvl. 22

Once your Zubat becomes a Golbat, max out it's friendship.

Here are the steps:

• Train it. Never let it faint in battle because if you do, it's imaginary friendship stat will decrease.
• Give it a Soothe Bell to hold. This item will make your pokemon more friendly and surely speed up the evolution process.
• Feed it Carbos, Iron, Calcium and all that other fun stuff. This way is expensive so I don't recommend stocking up on these things unless you're filthy rich.
• Once you think it's happy enough, make it gain a level and VOILA! You now have a Crobat.

-Fly/Aerial Ace

-Shadow Ball

-Toxic or Confuse Ray
