I assume by "Kindle", you mean a "kindle fire", because it's almost impossible to actually play anything on the B&W Kindle.
1) Download GBCoid. Download the version that's specific to your firmware.
2) Obtain a Pokémon Red rom. (I do not support piracy; you'd better have a hard copy available.)
3) Load both of those files onto the Kindle Fire par the instructions
4) You can now play Red on your Kindle!
