How do you get Hydro Pump in Pokemon Pearl?

You go into the desert on the island with the battle tower. Go into the desert, look for a house in the desert (NOT THE ONE UP THE RAMP.) Hydro Pup can only be taught to the most leveled up forms of the water starter pokemon. The Pokemon must also be cloesly bonded to you.

EDIT: You go to the "Resort Area". Then, go straight up and into the desert. Once there, keep on moving up, ignore the first house you see, and there will be a second house near the grass and above the pond. ~FIRERED n_n

Note: The moves can only be taught to the third evolutions of all Starter Pokemon:

Charizard

Typhlosion

Blaziken

Infernape

Blastoise

Feraligatr

Swampert

Empoleon

Venusaur

Meganium

Sceptile
