To catch Deoxys (without cheating) you have to have gotten the Aurora Ticket from a Nintendo event (Pokemon Rocks America)--which is no longer available. This was for Pokemon Fire Red, Leaf Green and Emerald only. You then had an option to go to Birth Island, where Deoxys is to be found.

There is no possible way to do this unless you get it from Fire Red/Leaf Green, or Emerald. It was an event back in 2005 or something.

well, if you received deoxys in Pokemon ruby or sapphire you could migrate it onto Pokemon diamond or pearl. also, they may have a special event which you can get one on diamond, pearl or platinum.

go to the global trade center or use an action replay or GameShark

Why does everything in Pokemon need an action replay?! Anyways, you can also migrate from ruby/sapphire/emerald.Migrate,actionreplay, or deoxys event you have to migrate from 1 of the 3 gameboy games (ruby, emrald, or saphire).
