there is no spaceship area but if you are wanting to change the form of your Deoxys it is at veilstone city . Just have your Deoxys in your party and click a on them. I hoped this helps if you have or will ever have a Deoxys in Pokemon diamond pearl OR platinum :D

The Razor Fang item is not available in Pokemon XD:Gale of Darkness. This is due to Pokemon XD:Gale of Darkness being released before Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. Gligar's evolved form didn't exist until Diamond and Pearl's release so it's impossible to evolve Gligar in Pokemon XD.
