There are many different ways to train your range to 70. The easiest and most effective way is:-
Level 1-10: Kill Chickens east of Lumbridge, right beside the cow pasture. Pick up the bones and feathers for some extra money.
Level 10-30: Kill Cows in the Lumbridge pasture, right beside the chicken pen. Pick up the cow hide for extra money.
Level 30-50: Kill Hill Giants in the Edgeville dungeon. Use the safe spots and take some trout to heal any damage. Pick up the Big Bones and Limpwurt Roots for money.
Level 50-70: Kill Ogres outside of Castle Wars and Yanille or in the Training Grounds
