you can by using a boll on egg and then a range (at level 13 cooking)
You cannot hit any higher with it. The max hit is 300 I think you may hit more often depending on your range level though. The multicannon doesn't show any stats nor does any range equipment effect the hit rate or hit power of the cannon. However a good technique with using the cannon is ranging alongside with the cannon so you definitely gain faster experience in range.
You don't. Using runescape bots will result in a permanent ban.
Most of them. Besides, you would get banned for using bots.
It depends on what hatchet you are using and what level of Woodcutting you are. For example if you are a higher level you will cut the object quicker than if you were a lower level. Also if you are using a hatchet such as a dragon hatchet that affects EXP gain as well.
You can't stop burning completely, the higher your cooking level, the higher your success rate will be. There are some other methods though, using a cooking range instead of a fire helps ( I recommend the cooking range in lumbridge as it has the lowest burn ratio in the whole of runescape ).
Yes, you get range xp.

input your weapon and other equipment you will be using: http://www.scape-xp.com/runescape-max-hit-calculator.html
It is all down to what weapon you are using. If you are using a whip or a dragon weapon I would estimate something around... 17-23 as a max hit. Or if you are a free to play slightly less This could be increased by: * Using a strength potion (Super strength if you are a member) * Strength amulet or Amulet of Power. * A better weapon. Depending on what weapon you are using of course. I hope you find this helpful!
Burnt meat can be obtained by using a piece of cooked meat on a fire or range.
a month ? and what arrows or darts or knifes are you using ?
if its standard wrought carbon steel, the psi should be just about in the 100,000psi range. The last two digits of the designation, 75, are the carbon content. 0.75%. the higher the carbon content, the higher the tensile strength. The ultimate tensile strength of a steel such as AISI 1075 varies depending upon the heat treated condition and hardness. The tensile strength of a steel can be approximated from the hardness using hardness conversion tables found elsewhere on the web.

By using the highest level spell you can. Higher level spells give more experience.
