The ice Giant's are the best there is a safe part in Remington or Train on Barbarian's at the barbarian village
A good location to train in RuneScape is at the Grotworm Lair, where players of all levels can choose the appropriate Grotworm creature they want to kill. The large grotworms located in the bottom level of the dungeon provide the best rewards and experience rates though, and are also good for training Ranged and Mage attacks.
That depends. Are you a member?
Another place which is good for Chinchompas are the mummies in the chaos tunnels, these are around the same experience as the monkeys from 'Monkey Madness'.
None of the different combat styles are simply "the best", each of them are strong against different monsters, and take different amounts of time and resources to train. Magic trains quickly, and is also very useful in non-combat situations (traveling with teleportation, using alchemy to get coins from items, using bones to bannanas to get food from bones., etc.) Range trains at a slightly slower speed, and is fairly well balanced, and gives the very useful ability to wear ranged armor, which gives very good magic defense. Melee takes a long time to train, but because you do not need any kind of ammunition to train it, it is significantly cheaper than magic or ranged.
There are various good places to train flying types in Pokemon Platinum. A good thing to do would be to use the vs seeker.

it really depends on your level, people who just joined usually train on cows, because they r good xp for them and u can make a profit selling their hides. yaks and fire giants are popular for people with higher ranged, and they are good xp. people with higher ranged maybe around 80 train on red and black dragons.
They are both very good to know. Althought you will have to money if you want to use ranged attacks.
You get a good ranger by getting a high ranged skill, and a fairly high defense and constitution.
A good way to train combat in Runescape is to go to Soul wars. whats the best thing if im nonmembers
They are moderately good to train on for lower level players, yes.

Some real nice boots, (If you got the cash), would be ranger boots. They are real expensive so make sure you know how to make cash. P.S- Ranged boots require 40 Ranged. M3rch.
That's a bad hybrid. Train the def and the prayer levels.
