I Had The Same Problem. i Tried The Toothpaste Trick. didn't Work. I Lost Hope Untill My Little Bro. Smeared Nuttella All Over It. I Screamed At Him! then After I Cleaned It Off I Inserted It Into My Ps3 And It Finally Came On I dont know how but it works
