How do you fix error 80028EA1 when trying to connect to internet on PS3 Sony are as uselessly unhelpful as usual when I tried their website. Please can someone tell me how?

First... I'm not sure how old this post is, but this happened to me today. (03/06/14) I got the error code 80028EA1. I was playing Dragon's Dogma. I saved the game, Turned off my PS3, Unpluged it for about 15 min. I pluged it back in. I turned it back on. I signed in no problem. Everything is back to normal. Good luck, I hope this helps.
