first, go to the diving spot that is REALLY small near the pacifidlog town, inside the rip currents. dive underneath, feel the braille, dive again, and you should be in a cave. go to the next braille and read it, then use dig to open it. when you get to the next braille, read it with wailord first in your party, and relicanth last. 3 doors will open, and near petalburg on route 105, the big rock should have an opening... inside is braille... i did this but i forgot how to open the braille...
