IN POKEMON PEARL & DIAMOND
Go to canalave city, if you can't go there you need to unlock it by doing the storyline first. Once at canalave go to the second house downwards from the right part of the village with the river running on the left. Go inside the house and speak to the grampa inside sitting. He is alone in the house. If you have trouble finding him check all the houses(there are only 5 and one of them is locked and you need member pass for that). Then speak to him and he will delte your HM's for you.
IN FIRE RED
Go to fushia city and next to the Pokemon centre there is a house. Go in there and speak to a guy and he will delete your moves for you.
IN LEAF GREEN
Same as Fire red but there are two houses. In each one there is a guy that removes HM's.
