yea... just go to settings and go up to upgrade firmware.or if you have a umd just go down under umd and there should be a firmware update . the firmware has to be grater than the one you have for this to work.(use the first choice its easier)
No, system updates can't be undone. Once you've run the update, the old firmware is 'gone'. Running a system restore or formatting system memory, will only provide you with a clean version of the updated firmware.
