You can change the season whilst in a lot by pressing Ctrl+shift+C and typing in aspirationpoints 10000. then go on a sims inventory and aspiration box. in the aspiration box there will be a thing called the weathernaught. Click it and place it outside. then get an adult and voila! you can change the weather, season, and how long the season lasts.
