Go to the Options tab (usually grey, with a picture of cogs or a wrench--but who knows, with all the updates) and click what is currently (Feb 4th 2012) the top left box, entitled "Options for changing your graphics settings." This tab allows you to mess with fullscreen, widescreen, brightness, and other graphics such as shadows and decorations.
