there are settings on the Psp go to the and scroll down the chage background press X the select change colour then choose your colour then 'vamoosh' your done
depending on what you want donne there is two ways to change the systm software one to phisicly change the software that the psp runs and the second is where you change just what the system software says on the psp fore the first try the sony site and for the second i cant help you goo luck and u could also try updating with the psp network update under settings
put your wallpaper on the memory stick. than take the memory stick out of your and put it in the other psp and go to memory stick under photo and make it your new background. also you can plug it into the computer and transfer it onto the PC then put it on to the other psp by plugging that one into the PC.

If you haven't got black on it continue 10.click on black in the edit pallet box and change that to your old backround color, the color's not as good as it is if you've got black on your picture, but then you save and your done!
