Keep using the same social over and over until they get really really bored. Or make use of your traits that are opposite of their's, keep talking about art to a sim that has the 'can't stand art trait' ect. Or you could just use a social from the mean category if you want some thing less subtle.

ah... annoying sims is fun. to annoy a sim u can just randomly walk in (don't barge in or you will get kicked out) and use there shower or annoy them by like constantly doing the same thing. Manic and Jerk sims are easyer to get someone annoyed as that's their personality. Have fun!! XD
