You won't lose anything. If your pet retired, it will give you about ten days to play with your webkinz, and once those days are over, you can't get back into your account. The only way you can get back into it is if you adopt another webkinz onto your account. It'll say something like, "Your pet has expired. Click here if you would like to adopt another webkinz." If you adopt another webkinz, you won't lose what you had had on your account before your account expired.

When you adopt a tenth Webkinz Pet, you still get $2500, but you get a super bed of your choice, too. You can get another super bed after every 5th pet after 10. Adopt more than 10 Webkinz pets and you get $3500 dollars :)
