How do you achieve all of the secret awards in ninja miner?

The secret awards (left to right) are these:

1). Complete Level 24 in under 2 minutes

2). View Awards

3). View Credits (available through main menu)

4). Jump to spikes

5). Play for 1 hour

6). Don't move for 1 minute

7). Replay a level 5 times

8). Launch game again

9). View help (available through pause menu)

10.) Jump to lamp 100 times
