To make any heterosexual couple have a baby, have them romantically interact until your action bar (the thing in the top left) says "______ thinks _______ is extremelyirresistible." Then, select "Try for Baby" in the Romantic menu.
It is also possible to have a Sim get pregnant simply from WooHoo, although the chances aren't great.
