How do I get the TM sludge bomb in Pokemon soul silver people say it is on route 43 but i have looked everywhere there and can't find it?

Technically, it IS on Route 43, but it isn't lying out in the open, or even a hidden item. After beating Team Rocket at their hideout in Mahogany Town, the gate guard will return to the place where a Team Rocket guy charged you 1,000 $ to get through. He will say he found a TM under his desk so dispicable that he wants you to take it. This is Sludge Bomb.

What does a odd keystone do in SoulSilver?
I don't believe it does anything in Soul Silver. I have one and I looked everywhere to use it,but I didn't find anything. The only place I know to use it is in Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl versions at the Hollowed Tower,which after you talk to I think 30 people underground you get to encounter Spiritomb. But if you do find what an Odd Keystone does in Soul Silver or Heart Gold,I'd be glad to know. =]

Yes it is possible but it is not possible to battle people with ds from your computer and i prefer pokemon gold not silver
