It is quite simple finding out whether your Sim is pregnant.
If you try for a baby you can tell by listening for a rock a by baby tune at the end of the "Try for a Baby" Woohoo.
Or if you are playing a family and your just not sure then the way to tell is the girl might through up every now and again or the other way is a bit later on seeing if they have a pregnant belly.
Also mid way through the pregnancy the Sim will start to wear maternity clothes.
