How can you get the oblivion nude mod for xbox 360?

The short answer is yes and no.

Remember the Xbox is developed by microsoft so it's essentially a little computer built specifically for gaming. In order to get your nude mod, you would need to root your Xbox 360. But before you get your panties in a bunch and start scouring the internet on how to root your 360, you should know Bethesda is in talks with Sony and Microsoft on bringing fan made mods to the 360 and PS3. There's no for sure answer yet from either groups but it looks promising. However this is in reference to Skyrim only, however knowing Bethesda, it will more than likely push this for Oblivion as well, and knowing Microsoft they will probably try and pull a profit off of it.

Will nude mods be allowed if this goes through? Probably, probably not. It's a grey area atm, and it would definitely weird up the rating system.

There's also another thing. Oblivion uses a slightly different coding system than its PC counterpart so some mods would react funny although it's been proven that many mods do work fine on rooted 360 consoles.

At best, the only thing you can really do is rely on save game editing software which really only modifies numerical figures such as stats, not so much nudity and such. That would require a decent amount of hex editing, and I doubt anyone is that determined to see polygon boobies.
