In MHFU (monster hunter freedom unite) you get them from the training school for beating a kut-ku (there are other coins for other monsters you beat in training school). since MHFU is the next game in the series after MHF2, i would say its in the training school as well. All you need to do is kill the kut-ku there. You get 2 coins per win plus black belt tokens.

(i mean your mission should come from the "middle lady" when you take it inside the gathering hall.) break the fang of a high rank Blangonga with fire attribute weapons to get some.

The only way I could get one, I now have four, is by going into the guild and picking the 4 star ranked (LAND SHARK) mission. when i got there all I did was mined for ore killed a small picine then proceeded to destroy the chephadrome. the first time I didnt do all of that I stopped getting Monster bone pluses... so you might want to keep in the rythem. I also got one by doing (THE JUNGLE MENACE) mission in the guild as well. But there I traded 6 Cephelos fins with the old guy in area 5 the killed the KUT KU.

Monster bone+ is a upper or high rank item. This item can be obtained from any high rank boss monster. To get to high rank you need to get online then get to level 31.
