OK this is a VERY rare question. 1 go to the Club Penguin home page and click PARENTS and click MANAGE ACCOUNTS.then find your penguin and have the SAME email address that you made your penguin with. then click CHAT- or something. then click UNLIMITED. and there you go. NOTE: WHEN YOU LOG ON TO CLUB PENGUIN IF YOU DON'T WANT THE CHAT BAR CLICK THE ONE WITH THE LITTLE SPEAK BUBBLE. IF YOU WANT THE CHAT BAR DON'T CLICK A SERVER WITH A SPEECH BUBBLE.
