Normally you cannot. It will make your screen do this rolling thing. You will have to make it so your console can play copied games and then convert it from NTSC to PAL. It is not all that hard to do if you know what you are doing. That guide I mentioned above told my friend how to do most everything with copying console games.
No the PS2 games would only work on there own Older 4 USB port early PS3s
Probably not, (Ahem) There are 2 regions of Wiis. PAL and NTSC. PAL Wiis can only play PAL games. NTSC games can only be played by NTSC Wiis. NTSC is usually for The USA, PAL is generally for everywhere else. There are also NTSC-J Wiis in japan.
sorry, no you can not. NTSC is a format that can only be played on a NTSC console. NTSC and PAL are two different coding methods. NTSC is coded for the North America and South America. pal is coded for across seas.
No. NTSC games will not work on a PAL Xbox 360.
You can convert PAL to NTSC by using Nero software. This software has the ability to convert from one framerate to another and uses frame duplication.
If your PS2 is an NTSC one and you have not modified it, no PAL game may work. Only if you modify your PS2, then it will work.
You will need to export the video again. This time instead of selecting NTSC, choose PAL.

yes, you need a chip for every game that you download or if your ps2 is PAL you can use cogswap. And if you want to play a NTsc and your PS2 , and your PS2 is a PAL version, or vica-versa, you will have to modify your PS2.
yes you can you have to convert it with NTSC into pal you can search it on google
NTSC
Ntsc
Its probably from a different region. It should say on the box either PAL, NTSC. Most games have region protection so a PAL (European) game won't work in an NTSC (American) console and vice versa.

The DSi's region is hard coded at the factory, and can't be changed.
