You find cresselia by beating the elite 4. Go to canavale city and then sail to iron island. Go inside the house and the gym leader should be there. He will give you something to make an onix evolve into a steelix. Then, go to the sailors house. the boy will be in a nightmare because of darkrai. The sailor will then sail you to new moon or fullmoon island where cresselia is. When you see it, it will fled like mesprit. I have heard that it is harder to catch than mesprit. If you have an action replay, go direcly right and you will find anothr island. You can find darkrai there.
